Keynote Speaker Middle East & GCC:
Change, AI and Leadership

NEW Speaker Reel: Dr. Florian Ilgen - The Keynote Experience

Where vision meets execution: keynotes for the Middle East

Few regions are changing as deliberately as the Middle East. Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the UAE's national AI strategy and Qatar's push beyond energy have turned transformation into a national goal. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha now host some of the world's most ambitious conferences, and organisations across the Gulf are building new industries at remarkable speed.

Ambitious national strategies only succeed when people inside organisations make them their own. That is the gap Dr. Florian Ilgen, CSP® works on: the distance between a vision announced at the top and the daily decisions of teams. His keynotes give employees a reason to change, not just a target, and give leaders a way to make transformation personal. With 950+ keynotes on five continents, he reaches every level of an organisation, from the leadership team to front-line staff.

In the Gulf, AI is national policy, which makes AI Advantage the natural starting point: it shows teams how to turn national AI ambitions into everyday productivity. Change Mindset helps international, multicultural workforces living through rapid transformation move in the same direction. Innovation Leadership supports executives who are building industries that did not exist ten years ago. All three are built on the EKM Model® and delivered in English, the business language of the GCC.

Planning a keynote in the GCC and wider MENA region

The main event season in the Gulf runs from October to April, when the climate makes travel and evening programmes more comfortable. During Ramadan, many organisations move events to the evening or postpone them, so it is worth checking dates early. Working weeks also differ: the UAE has a Saturday–Sunday weekend, while Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman have a Friday–Saturday weekend. With a flight time of around six hours from Central Europe, Dr. Ilgen can be on site for a one-day event, whether a government-led summit or a corporate kick-off.
